Chakra Meditations

Chakra Meditations

This practice is preformed with the spine in an erect but comfortable position, this is preformed in this way to provide proper aliment of the Chakras and to insure the Nadis meaning "energetic pathways" not restricted. This allows for the free flow of Prana meaning "life force energy."

The following practices activate the seven main Chakras helping the practitioner who is on the spiritual path, as well as being a good practice for realizing that there is more to the human body and the human experience.
