- Bring palms together with the fingers pointing downwards.
- Bring the pinky finger, ring finger and the middle fingers inwards so that the back of the fingers are touching at the second and third knuckle with the tips of the thumbs touching.
- Take slow deep breaths.
- Practice for at least 15 minutes daily. Hasta Mudras can be practiced for up to 45 minutes daily.
In Sanskrit, Yoni means "uterus" and Mudra means “gesture.” This practice is known as a powerful Hasta Mudra that draws Shakti or energy in the womb, straightening the woman's Prana or vital life force energy. This practice can be integrated with other Yoga practices, Meditation or practiced by its self as needed.
