- With the four finger of the right hand, wrap the fingers around the thumb of the left hand.
- Place the finger of the left hand on the back of the right hand.
- Gently touch the right thumb with the extended middle finger of the left hand.
- Practice for at least 15 minutes daily. Hasta Mudras can be practiced for up to 45 minutes daily.
